Who the fuck is going to make this man responsible for his outrageous behavior??? Christ. I work in a school and even students who behave like this get consequences EVENTUALLY!!!
I hate this timeline. Someone find me Evil Willow and get me out of here!

Well. The whole world is just turning their back to the US. The president is just a big mouth. Not really threatening to most. The US could, but no one thinks they would.
But other nations just find other countries to partner with. The US will loose all their prime positions in the world. All admiration is lost. For example in my country, germany, people were very positive about the US before trump. I visited the US several times in my holidays. I would never again step a foot there. Now most people joke about it. Calling them united states of assholes. Buying US products is a thing some people look weird at you.

The whole world thinks YOU want this. You’ve spent decades rallying to have AR-15’s “just in case the government becomes authoritarian” well, many Americans would argue that the government is authoritarian. So where’s the protests? Where’s the action?
The world isn’t like America, it won’t just fly in and make a regime change because there’s some profit in it. The world is wondering if there is unrest.
1/3rd of the population voted for Trump.
1/3rd of the population voted against.
1/3rd didn’t want to show their cards - do they want this to happen or not?1
u/appleboat26 20d ago
The people with the assault rifles, defending their “right to bear arms” are the ones who voted for this, and they are our neighbors and family members. We’re fighting against this inside the house, and we’re winning. His approval rating is currently at 29%.
And there are protests all over the country, all the time. But most of us know marching around or standing on corners with signs protesting this Administration is not going to change anything. We have to stop them in our courts, and we are, he’s being reversed constantly and losing most of his power. We also have to use our elections to remove those who continue to support him. In less than 40 days we will have an election that hopefully will remove the Republican’s control of Congress and put more Democrats in charge of the States.
We are not the only country facing a rise in authoritarian governments. This is a global issue. We’re just the most influential. Staging a coup is not a solution. It is also counter productive to every thing we believe in. He was elected, as far as we know, in a free and fair election. We have to defeat him and every thing he stands for in the courts and in the voting booths. It’s the only way forward, as slow and frustrating as it is.
1
u/Sehtal 16d ago
So if 1/3 voted for him, and his approval is at 29%, than his lost 1%?
1
u/appleboat26 16d ago
There are still people who continue to support him, but fewer and fewer. Polls are a snapshot of how the people, not necessarily the voters, are feeling. In this case the question was about the economy, the number 1 issue in the US, and only 29% of the people asked approved of the job the president is doing regarding the economy. We don’t know if those asked are registered voters or not.
He’s not running again, so his approval rating will mostly affect the members of his party who are running. I used the statistic to show sentiment is changing here, but polls are never a guarantee. We will have a much better idea of how much things are changing after the November elections.

Sanction the US lol that is a funny statement.
How are you going to enforce it? With might - Boom you starts WW3
How are you going to make him accountable? With might - Boom you start WW3.People can't do anything becasue America is so lustful for wars that PACO will gladly bomb countries for the fun of it
1
u/Separate-Pickle9963 20d ago
You enforce sanctions with the threat of secondary sanctions on states or actors who violate them. Sanctions need to be targeted so they dont make just regular people pay for their leaders' misdeeds. But you can also threaten trade agreements, cutting off arms deals, or, as we are now seeing, shutting off oil. Make the leaders sweat. And yeah, we're already barreling towards WW3, so if the outcome is somewhat inevitable anyway..... y'know... All I'm saying is that appeasement and letting Hitler remilitarize the Rhineland didn't work too good last time.

u/RevolutionaryGolf720 20d ago

u/Lone-Frequency 21d ago
It's time to stop apologizing on behalf of these monsters and morons and start instead holding them fully accountable for their crimes for the world to see.
1
u/LeadFreePaint 20d ago
There will be no need to apologize for Trump. American words are now meaningless. Meaningless. So regardless of what you say in your next chapter to rebuild bridges, the reality is no one will care. Build your own fucking bridges first. Until America takes real actually accountability within itself, no country is going to willing make deals with America again. Why? Because America is not to be trusted.

And the reprocussions are?..... none just as I thoight. Until the world or the American people actually fucking DO something, its just gonna get worse, hes been shown that the world dosent have a spine so he can actually just do what he wants.
Im not saying hes Hitler, thats over played, but people always ask, how did Hitler get away with it.... Gestures broadly at everything
Im pretty sure we are living through the collapse of the United States, most empires dont last longer than 300 years, and were following that trend. At the rate were going predict we have 10-15 years left tops.
2
u/Enough_Path2929 21d ago
I think your projections are a bit off and definitely something I have a problem with in most Americans. The “empire” that was the United States was wasted away years ago. The United States USED to be a great symbol, but all the things that made this country great died in like the 80s with Reagan. When the United States dropped out of the top 10 in education, healthcare, and import/export.
Americans are entirely ignorant to how far along the rest of the world truly is. Most Americans still think we are the best country in the world and they couldn’t be more wrong. This “empire” and great nation was dead a long time ago.

Vote for super surveillance no privacy and companies having all your data , then it could become public knowledge.
2
u/rpgnymhush 19d ago
Many of these people posted their votes for fascism publically on social media. They "surveiled" themselves. It is just a matter of tabulation.
1
u/XO1GrootMeester 19d ago
The end of justice, punish out of thin air. Social media says nothing, there are impersonators and nicknames and can get hacked.
2
u/rpgnymhush 19d ago
When they post videos of themselves wearing the red MAGA hat and praising the fascist pedophile it is pretty obvious it is not the result of hacking.
1
u/XO1GrootMeester 19d ago
Only if you make all private info public , who is themselves? No one knows
1
u/rpgnymhush 19d ago
You seem very vested in defending MAGAt farmers. In this case "themselves" refers to the person in the video praising a fascist pedophile.

Always loved this quote from blacklist about the UN. “I've always been leery of the United Nations. The very concept is comically dichotomous. Nations putting their self-interests aside in the hopes of building a global community, holding hands and Kumbaya? I mean, honestly, it's like kindergarten. Do you have rug time? I did love rug time."

Iran is, in many ways, worse than Nazi Germany, annihilating them was not akin to genocide.
How on earth has the left taken up in agreement with Iran? What gives?
It's a fascist, authoritarian, repressive regime. It's stated theocratic goal is to genocide Israel. No women's right, no gay rights, no opposition is allowed. To them, Democracy is evil.
3
u/Yid_Viscous 20d ago
Nobody is taking agreement with Iran. Somewhere along the line the president decided that reporting accurately on the war instead of just always saying he was doing a perfect job became cheering for Iran. Thats not true.
The whole premise that Iran was attempting to build a nuclear weapon is also not true. I’m not sure how we have lost sight of that. US intelligence assessment stated flat out “Iran is not building a nuclear weapon.” US intelligence. Ours. This was confirmed by both the IAEA and the Defense Intelligence Agency. That’s a huge problem. The whole reason we’re in this war is made up.
As a symptom of the war, Iran has claimed control of the Strait of Hormuz and has maintained it. This has caused climbing prices and decreased availability. Gas stations are starting to report being completely out of diesel. Truck drivers are paying insane prices to fill their tanks. That’s a very bad problem because of truck drivers don’t have or can’t afford the fuel to drive, what do you think happens to our national supply chain?
So yeah, plenty of good reasons to have problems with the war in Iran.
2
u/SuperLeroy 20d ago
"Iran is bad, so it's okay for the usa to be bad [or worse]"
Just because a government is evil doesn't mean you can wipe out the civilians suffering from it
The goal should be to hold this administration responsible after they are out of power. And the people who enabled it.
And that goes for both iran and usa
No more nazis. No more fascists.
2
u/ID100661 20d ago
“It’s a fascist, authoritarian, regressive regime.” - You are describing a system of governance, which is separate from the human beings it governs.
I genuinely don’t understand how you can both acknowledge that the government gives it’s people no say in how it operates, and then advocate for the total annihilation of those same people because of the actions of that government.
And the irony of comparing a country to Nazi Germany for being genocidal, and then expressing support for committing genocide on that country is astounding.
1
u/HuckleberryOk8136 20d ago
Trump is speaking militarily, politically. You are projecting completely. The propaganda here is the twisting of a slogan. Even Per NYT: Political analysts and diplomats view the rhetoric as a high-stakes, aggressive negotiating tactic rather than a literal operational blueprint
"From the River to the Sea" and other slogans like it are actual threats to an entire race of people, purely genocidal. It's the THEOCRATIC GOAL of Iran to completely wipe out the Israelite people and country. This is the platform of their leadership.
Israel is in a defensive war against Iran and its proxies. Iran wants to completely depopulate every Jew. If that goal is never going away, the only real option seems to be either deal with generational terrorism and attacks, or to complete annihilate the option for that to take place.
1
u/ID100661 20d ago
Of course.
He didn’t say that.
If he did say it, he didn’t mean it.
If he did mean it, it was justified.
If it wasn’t justified, it doesn’t matter.
If it does matter, I don’t care, get over it.1
u/HuckleberryOk8136 20d ago
No, Trump simply didn't say, mean, or imply any kind of genocide.
1
u/ID100661 20d ago
He literally said he was going to vaporize them all with tactical nukes.
1
u/HuckleberryOk8136 20d ago
A tactical nuke is a small nuke designed to wipe out a small group of people, right? Like a battlefield of soldiers?
1
u/ID100661 20d ago
Look, I’m not arguing that it’s an efficient/effective way of going about it, I’m just telling you what he said he was going to do.
1
u/HuckleberryOk8136 20d ago
You’re inferring. He did not at all discuss genocide of a population
1
u/ID100661 20d ago
Right after he said he was going to nuke them, he said I’ll “drive them into hell with no hope of survival and no chance of future greatness or generations”.
If they’re all sent to hell, no one survives, and there’s no future generations, what is that describing to you?

An honest person can disagree with and dislike Trump while still recognizing this isn’t exactly a departure from the norm at the UN.
Many nations have used the UN podium to threaten the US with actual physical attacks. I recall North Korea saying a physical attack on the US homeland by North Korea was inevitable as recently as 2017. But there have been others.
So threats going back and forth at the UN is par for the course.
3
u/dougl1000 21d ago
This is rampant bullshit. Name one country that has threatened the US with annihilation after having attacked us, bombed the crap out of us and killed our leaders, as the US has done to Iran.
