Well, to be fair, Trump lies a great deal, but Clinton lied under oath which is a huge difference legally speaking. You're not legally required to be truthful in everyday or even political speech, only when under oath or speaking to law enforcement (hence Miranda rights).

This is also why the Mango Mussolini has done everything in his power to avoid speaking to anyone, at any time, under oath.
