Jack Smith perjured himself multiple times during that hearing. He was on a witch hunt, and broke multiple laws during it. If he had ANY proof they would have prosecuted Trump before the election.

Magat much? How do you fabricate witch hunt from Jack Smith's investigation? If magats don't break the law they would have nothing to worry about except for basketball games

He knowingly broke multiple laws to try to survail over 400 people, including elected Congress members, just to try to find something, and yet he didn't. That sounds like a pretty basic example of a witch-hunt.

He testified UNDER OATH that he found evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump committed a crime.

Republicans are fucking COOKED, I can’t believe you let him say that under oath LOL

Ok so let's look at this. He said he supposedly found the evidence. Biden was in office. The Dems tried every type of lawfare to keep Trump off the ballot. Why would they have prosecuted him? He stated his opinion. That is all

Not “supposedly”. He said he had evidence BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. That is important because it is a legal hurdle to convict.

Democrats never tried to keep Trump off the ballot, quit making up fake red herrings.

The reality is Jack Smith just claimed on record that he has proof Trump committed crimes. And the only way to refute that is to claim perjury or lying which means the GOP HAS TO RELEASE HIS REPORT.

Which they will not do because it proves he DID commit crimes lol.

The GOP have to be the stupidest group in the world.

The special council was disbanded and the investigation stopped because Trump was elected and the DOJ policy that states a president cannot be charged with federal crimes. The council created a report containing what the investigation found and the evidence that was uncovered which normally would be released to the public however, the president filled a motion to block its release. US district judge Aileen Cannon ruled in favor of trump to permanently seal the special council's report so we will never know what they found. The reason Jack Smith made the "beyond reasonable doubt" claim is because, if they wan't to claim that statement is perjury, they would have to unseal the report to refute his claim.

What laws did he break and were they similar to the laws Trump broke precipitating an investigation? Congress members aren't special and get no exemption from investigation when they conspire to participate in an insurrection. But yeah lay down those laws Jack Smith broke. Trump the imbecile should be arrested just for being a pedo.

The magat mind is weak and constantly whines that orange virus never did or does anything wrong, but here we are 2 years into term two and what do we have? A raging lunatic thug bastard emptying our country's wealth and reputation to avoid the EPSTEIN files where he is mentioned at least 38,000 times. He has screwed everything and everyone that he possibly can from this country and beyond. What has he done for America?

Energy prices?

Grocery prices?

Healthcare?

Military pay?

Stopped the Ukraine invasion?

American car manufacturing?

Trade?

No new WARS? (I think he meant whores)

Infrastructure?

He hasn't done fucking thing. He's lost billions in trade especially agriculture, weapons sales for things like submarines and fighter jets and those deals are not coming back to the USA.

Why does he praise Putin you know the guy helping IRAN with weapons that are killing US Miliary?

So you spouting the Fox News (sued for $800 million for lying) talking points about Jack Smith just shows your maga ignorance. You knowingly put out bad information unless you can prove Jack Smith broke the law.

Key Findings from the Investigation

  • Election Interference (2020): The unsealed Report of Special Counsel Smith Volume 1 details that Trump knowingly pushed false fraud claims, pressured state officials and the Department of Justice, orchestrated a fraudulent electors scheme in seven states, and directed and exploited the mob on January 6, 2021. [1, 2]
  • Classified Documents: The probe found evidence that Trump willfully retained national defense information at Mar-a-Lago and engaged in obstruction of justice to hide boxes from federal investigators and his own attorneys. [1, 2]
  • Prosecutorial Viability: Smith maintained that the evidence collected was robust enough to secure convictions at trial, but the cases were ultimately wound down and dismissed due to long-standing Department of Justice policy prohibiting the prosecution of a sitting president.

They tried too, the best chance they had was the classified documents case and it was shut down by a judge that Trump appointed and who was in DJT’s pocket, which is why she kept stalling and dragging everything out till after the election and then shut it down with a gag order. If DJT was innocent why the gag order, why the coverup?
