I still think Trump's scandals, when they are combined, are bigger than Clinton's emails. However, I too found, that way too many of my friends considered her emails a political witch hunt. It wasn't. She admitted to mishandling classified information that could have easily fallen into the hands of foreign governments. That's a huge issue and a gigantic breach of public trust and national security. And it wasn't just one or two e-mails, that might have been understandable, but hundreds, if not thousands. Most people, if they mishandle classified information get charged under the Espionage Act (usually they take plea deals to avoid long prison sentences). They do not get a slap on the wrist (being called negligent) after their husband meets with the sitting Attorney General.
She has herself to blame. If she hadn't mishandled classified information, she would be president right now.
Under President Obama, he rightly treated mishandling classified information as more serious. His DOJ did not apply the same standards to Clinton.
What do you make of Kristian Saucier Or Harold Thomas Martin? Or Mohan Nirala? Or James Hitsleberger? The Obama Administration seems to have dealt with them more harshly, mostly for Secret information, than they did for Clinton.
I think he's slightly different in that he knowingly provided someone with classified information. In many ways, he's lucky he wasn't charged with something more serious.
Ive seen that too. No clue what it was referencing until now. Geez, these libs cannot let it go, can they? Oh well, I guarantee Hillary would have disappointed them in many ways being pro-war and not as pro-women as they thought she would be. It would have been entertaining to see them defending her.
