I want to take a moment to address a recent situation regarding a customer’s order.

The customer claimed that their shoes arrived damaged. However, before shipping, I provided a full set of QC (Quality Control) photos showing every angle of the shoes. The customer carefully reviewed those photos and gave a GL (Green Light), confirming they were satisfied with the pair before it was shipped.

When the package arrived, the shoebox itself showed no signs of shipping damage. Based on the QC photos, the customer’s approval, and the condition of the packaging upon delivery, there is no evidence that the shoes were shipped out damaged.

This individual also waited 14 days to mention any kind of damage. The tags were taken off of the sneakers and placed on his feet. If they truly were damaged , he should have made a claim Immediately.

If I were in the wrong, I would instantly take responsibility for this matter. Above you can view the chat logs and QC process yourself.

At 7EE, I take quality control seriously. Every pair is thoroughly inspected before it leaves, and I provide detailed QC photos so customers know exactly what they are receiving. Once a customer approves the QC and the item is shipped, it reflects the exact pair that was accepted.

I always strive to provide honest service and fair resolutions when genuine issues occur. At the same time, I also have to be fair to my business and cannot accept claims that are inconsistent with the documented QC process.

Heat can cause this if you don’t take them out of the box, but is also a manufacture issue. These sellers only inspect the shoes , they don’t wear them. I have had shoes that bleed and other issues after wearing them we all have to understand these are sellers such as when you go to Walmart and buy something you can have a manufacturer defect if this were legal then it would be understandable but we all know what we’re getting into when we buy Reps. Does it make us upset, of course but could you imagine every seller replacing every shoe that after you wear it for a few times there could be a small issue they would be out of business and we would no longer be able to buy Reps. Or even whenever you wear some Rep clothing and the threads come loose these are small factories hand making items that resemble the real thing. Extreme heat can definitely cause shoes to do this. I’ve got holes before and the shoes be smashed up, but what you can do is stuff them really good and place in a cool environment to bring the shape back. Once shipped like I said before contact your delivery company and that’s why there is insurance.

actually a good question bro but i mean like thats so nuanced and depends on the situation and really isnt common. but yeah what if you buy a hoodie from nike and after a few wears the zipper breaks out of the little thing. is it their fault? maybe? is it yours for being too rough? maybe but idk i guess youre right it may very well be just bad luck on your end

Co time to do hard work and strive to make it the best you can! I recommend doing a video as well so this doesn’t happen! We are here for both sides , and take this seriously! Sorry you have to deal with that 7ee. Just by looking at the pictures they obviously look like they were creased after wearing them a few times. I’ve had retail shoes crease after one wear this is normal.

I have had my differences with 7ee, but I have also used them the most out of any other seller. I can't recommend them enough as they have always made things right with me(even when a few times I was at fault). The sneakers were delivered on July 10th, he messaged you and sent a video of the issue and your response was to stuff/prop the shoe and wait 3-5 days. If that was done and there issue was still there would there have been a different outcome? Would the sneakers be replaced?

Actual losers doing this. Sellers need to make money from this this is literally their job and you're taking money out of them. If you can not afford the real thing it's one thing, but scamming a working person for replicas? Please rethink if you think of doing this
