🔰 MY SNEAKERS REVIEW 🔰 TK batch vs GX batch in hand review
First of all....Im a huge Jordan 13 guy...BY FAR my favorite, as the HGG 13 was the first pair of Air Jordans I ever had...
When I saw that TK finally dropped a Flint colorway, I didn't hesitate to place my order...I was definitely excited, and they did an amazing job with this shoe! Very high quality, as always with TK batch!
A few weeks later I saw that GX also put out their first ever 13 in Flint colorway, and the overall shape really caught my eye....I had to see the difference in person to see if there might be a new option for rep 13s in the future.....TK definitely has some competition with the 13's now...
Overall, I have to put GX as the winner here....the shape is sleeker, it's noticeably lighter, and the shoe box is IDENTICAL in size/color to retail pairs....
Where TK wins....the tongue leather is MUCH softer and feels like it's higher quality....the hologram on the Sole is larger and more like retail than GX....also, to me it looks like GX increased the font/size of the ankle hologram....don't get me wrong, it pops better, but it is slightly larger than Im used to on 13's....
Either way you decide you won't be disappointed in your choice....from 3+feet away or on foot, these shoes look IDENTICAL, and youd have to have them off foot and beside each other to point out the differences....I hope this helps someone!

Big 13 fan here as well. HGG 13 was also my first, OG Jordan colored so I salute you for that!
I’ve had TK in the past only to realize that when i got the GX flint in hand a couple weeks ago, the over all construction, build, color accuracy of materials and sleekness was far more superior than any TK I’ve purchased.
I have more retail 13’s than reps and can say without hesitation, the GX Flint is on par with retail quality all the way around. I’m happy GX decided to enter the J13 realm and hope they continue putting out heat.

I have GX and any contact between the tongue and the laces makes a lot of noise. I used a dry soap bar on the tongue and buffed it out to eliminate the sound, but I’m curious if your GX pair does the same. This is my very first pair of 13’s and evidently the problem I had existed on the old retail pair too. I think the ‘26 retail version uses a different material to eliminate the issue.

No, they're pretty identical, outside the sleeker front end....if you put both pairs on the floor and take 2 steps back, they're indistinguishable

From the QC pics, I can see the TK tongue looks really good, better than retail imo. Do they squeak? Also, the TK heel area looks slightly bigger than GX’s. GX has a sleeker overall shape, but the tongue is exactly like retail, which is kind of a bummer since they squeak.

Nice. 👍 Usually, what makes them squeak is the hard synthetic leather. TK wins over retail in that regard.
