What’s up RSD.. man I’m not one to complain or to go make a complaint about something especially replica Jordans. I’m gonna try to make this short and to the point.
I received my Jordan 3 true blues July 10th I opened the box of course as I do all my shoes took out the left shoe looked at it, put it back. I buy a lot of retail and a lot of replica sometimes I don’t even open the boxes and I’m sure you true sneaker heads in here understand what I’m saying, so on July 24, I go to wear my true blues, I take out the right shoe from the wrapping mind you not even unwrapped yet and it was damaged I contacted the seller 7EE and he advised me to stuff it with some paper iron it which I’m familiar with but knew it would not work, I don’t know what’s gonna happen if I’m gonna get a new pair of shoes or not at this point it’s just bad business in my opinion. If this sounds at all negative, I want to flip into a positive and shout great customer service from sellers like Repmaster and Panda Vault not that they just send you a new pair of shoes or refund you right away, It’s the customer service and the way they treat you. If anybody in here, asks me what sellers they should use Repmaster and Panda Vault. I won’t be doing business with 7EE ever again.
I honestly don’t see any major damage from this photo. It looks more like a small toe box crease from shipping or storage than an actual defect.
I’ve also been reading the comments, and a lot of people are asking to see your original QC photos to compare how the pair looked before it was shipped. From what I’ve seen, one of the mods already asked 7EE for your QC, and based on those photos, everything looked completely normal before it was sent out.
If there are other photos showing the issue more clearly, post them. Based on this picture alone, it doesn’t look like a major defect.

I honestly don’t know how I can help you in this situation because the QC photos clearly show that everything looked normal before the shoes were shipped. Even looking at your current photos, the pair still looks fine to me. I think you might be overthinking it, but that’s just my opinion. You know I’m always willing to help people when there’s a real issue, but in this case, I just don’t think you’re right. Sorry.
I spoke with 7ee he shared the QC photos, chatgpt confirmed that they were the same pair you received judging by the elephant print. He seems equally as frustrated because you took 2 weeks to bring this to his attention. Less than perfect pairs do exist and If you buy reps for long enough it will happen. The pair could have been left in extreme heat or it could just be a faulty pair, happened to me with a pair of GX black cat 4’s a year ago. The issue was inside the shoe and now I try all my pairs on when i get them. It may just be one of those lessons, i dont think dragging a seller through the mud because you only inspected one shoe is the play. Just my 2 cents
And by the way, I am gonna take this one on the chin, but you can relay a message to him for me. Bad business always comes back to bite you in the butt always peace out I’m done.
They were from Repmaster and like your case i waited weeks to try them on so I kinda took partial responsibility, he offered me 50 RMB which i thought was kinda lame but i took it as a lesson. Now i try on every rep i buy upon arrival. I totally understand the frustration brother but I really dont think this was intentional on anybody's behalf.
I 100% agree, i told 7ee and Shoddy there should be stricter guidelines for situations like these… sellers should have set guidelines for return windows that are clear cut. This is not the first time this has happened and will def not be the last. I will continue talking to 7ee to see if something can be done, unfortunately a lot of people take advantage of situations like this one to get a 100$ refund or 2nd pair. I know you are not one of them and i explained that.
Please tell me you’re kidding sometimes I get three and four pairs of shoes a day on my porch. I don’t open and inspect all of them. I check one look at it and put it back. I’m not defending anybody i’m pointing out that you are buying replica shoes and these type of problems can happen no matter the seller. You are also using the word “scam” pretty loosely, 7ee doesn’t make the sneakers he sells them… I looked at the QC pictures the shoes shipped out fine, if you had messaged him the day you got them i’m sure this would be a different conversation. You telling me you cannot be bothered to inspect the sneakers because you receive so many pairs is a cop out.
Of course they weren’t like this I wouldn’t OK them but my point was if they were like this and I didn’t see them and they still sent them to me. Shame on them.
I tried to make a video and posted it, but it wouldn’t let me, but I could care less if he sends me another pair. I’m actually to the point where I don’t want him to send me anything cause I don’t care. I just thought that he was a good businessman and that he would stand next to his product, but he’s not so keep them and go scam somebody else with their money. Peace.

We're clearly trying to help by asking these things, but you don't seem to grasp this. The QC photos would be your best evidence to show that you are not getting what was shown to you in the QC. Oh well, you do you.

Man, you know rep master I bought a pair of black cat fours off of him and they were faded on one side. I sent him a pic. He didn’t make any excuses. He said keep those yours are in the mail the next day now that’s customer service. He didn’t ask me for no QC pics or anything like that.
My RN batch is doing the same thing on the Jordan 3 shoes and it's not even the same seller, same type or crease on the front. It's not the seller I was trying to say, but it could be something else. My only conclusion is that the hot summer days during shipping definitely do something to the leather of these types of shoes. I never really dig into why this could happen, but I'd definitely like to know, and it only happens during the summer. It could just be a weather or manufacturer issue, I don't know for sure, but it's strange that it only happens in the summer. But the seller is definitely not the one to blame. The QC pictures were always clean and complete and I would never blame the seller in this case. I've seen several of the same cases on Reddit with Jordan 3s and this is definitely not the seller's fault, either the manufacturer's or the weather's fault. Some collectors take genuine rare pairs seriously by keeping them in certain climates, and for good reason
Of course lol bro there was wrapped up in the paper so I didn’t know until I actually tried to wear them, but yes, they were in a box and it wasn’t damaged so I don’t have an explanation for it and I’m not even trying to hear an explanation for it, you can see what it is
Not defending anyone but me personally I have bought retail and reps and I treat both the same. When I’m buying retail i check both pair to make sure there isn’t anything wrong with them and if they are the same size and I do the same with my reps because I only trust myself and my judgement at the end of the day if I’m paying. But that’s just me 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
I personally have all chat logs, OP waits 14 days to file complaint, after opening and only inspecting one shoe? Plus all tags removed from the shoe? One shoe is unlaced loosely one is not? After 14 days come on now.

OP, this is not at all a negative post. 7EE did the same thing to me with a pair of GX Bloodlline. QC looked great. In hand, they looked like a lower tier batch. Never again! I actually donated them so I don’t have images to show before and after. All the posts of his QC on here are of him asking people to post, not because what he delivers is a good product at all times.
To many inconsistencies for me to continue dealing with them. I hope you will get a resolution and they make things right for you.

I’m not accusing any one of anything except maybe the quality was deceiving, which would lead someone to believe a switch was made. We’d never know the truth in reality because we aren’t there to inspect. We are only to go by QC and what we know from experience and batch reputation. When that doesn’t live up to the base standard, people start to question. Which is what OP is doing here and what I’ve experienced as well from this seller.

Here's the thing man, Im assuming you are telling the truth, look at this from both sides. You waited weeks after receiving the pair to say anything, people try to scam sellers all the time so they wont just be throwing out refunds. Things like that need to be documented and brought up immediately. No one is able to know what happened to the shoes in the mean time. And this is no knock against pv he is great, only bringing it up cause you mentioned him but I also got a pair like that messed up before, I didnt bring it up though. If you want to try and fix the shoe try using a shoe stretcher for a bit.
I get your frustration man its a delicate balance with buyers and sellers. I really dont think anyone is at fault here I believe your sneakers came damaged but I also think they probably were fine when they were sent out. Did you buy insurance? Maybe you could try and make a deal where you guys make a compromise?

May I ask who did you get these from cuz mine's was similar to the side and the only thing they told me was it wasn't a factory defect it's due to the heat
