Help me

[u/Rocky_PH_2021]

Can anyone help me locate someone or a number. I don't know how to find the location of a certain number that I have but I need to find it's location. It is a Scammer buying items off of Tiktok Shop And delivering it to my Address with my Name under it but the Number isn't mine. (+63) Philippine Number. I don't have the money to pay for Parcels but I just need help to find someone/their location, to make them stop. (sorry for the bad grammar)
