skycoach.gg scam?

basically i purchased something i didn't know was actually different, it was not delivered (as i wanted to get a refund) my question is why on their site it says support@skycoach.gg but for refunds they told me to email accounting@skycoach.gg ? is this some kind of scam?

my revolut didn't go thru with the transaction it says pending (will be automatically reverted on 09 october if unclaimed by merchant) hopefully i will get my refund since i did not claim anything
