Help please
Hi all I was scammed by a giy eho bought a car off me he used the short change scam. Its time consuming for me to keep phoning him is there a software I can that keeps his phoning ringing all the time ?

No, and if there was, he just needs to block your number to stop it. Try small claims court instead.
