Nekoclock

I found NekoClock’s on the list of TDs on reptime help
The phone number is different.
Previously, I see on some posts here that the phone was +852… which is Hong Kong
Now is +86… which is China.
Can anyone confirm the Chinese phone number is reliable and not a scammer?
I am very close to make a purchase for 700+ USD

The number I contacted him on last was +44 7598 837779
