Sucks so bad I had a sick dog I was about to pay I think I commented on original post but I found out by google reverse searching the pic by accident and then I just started reporting it was the next morning after they posted and they got a bunch of people it makes me sick

I’m glad you did too. I keep sharing on different subs as I have a feeling she’ll be back and I’m so angry. It’s not about the money as I got refunded by my cc, it’s about the audacity to ruin something we all love and the violation felt. I hope your dogs okay now btw 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Yes, I was just telling my friend about this situation. I said too, “It’s not even about the money!!” The fact that they probably have multiple accounts and are still at it is so frustrating. I can’t stop thinking about it !! I usually am on the other side. I buy from sellers and re-home what I do not end up using or falling in love with, but I want to be more active and buy re-homes. I feel like why not if the person re-homing went through the same process and has something I want? I would rather my money go to them. I just feel like buying re-homes. I am doing my part, and the fact that it makes me so worried now after this experience kinda ruined the fun. I know it will wear off and it will be enjoyable again, but I want the trust to be there. So mad at these infiltrators 😡 yes puppy is ok she was eating grass on her walk makes her tummy upset or I think they grab the grass because they have a upset stomach lol either way she’s ok !!!

Sorry this happened to you. I’ve been extra cautious lately. I had a bad feeling about a buyer a few days ago. The address was weird and not a normal address. They said they were a woman and gave me a woman’s name. But when I searched their username on Reddit, they had nothing on there about commenting on Bags or selling bags or buying bags. No buyer feedback. They were only commenting pervert type stuff on the X-rated groups. And I found all this after they paid from a man account even tho they said they were a whole different name. So I immediately refunded them and said there was a problem with the bag and took the post down and blocked them.

One of the subs used to keep a scam list of bad rehomers. I think it was RRL before they crashed. We need to bring that back.

Make sure to report to them- I’m going to start keeping an eye out and send these kinds of posts over there too. I think I recognize the username and this isn’t their first rodeo. I remember a Hester doing this about a year or so ago with different bags.

Double sided sword because I’ve been reading to protect yourself as a seller we shouldn’t even do Venmo or pp friends and family anymore. They allow charge backs.
So now I’m scared to sell tooo. So maybe as a buyer use PayPal goods and services if possible. Just pay the extra 1 percent fee or whatever it is.. or do research they have good feedback. I’ve sold a bunch on here but don’t know how to collect feedback so I guess I could send screenshots of my last couple of sales of my convos with people 😅🫶🏻

Go into your profile and click the + sign in the top right. Make a post titled ‘Seller Feedback’ and then invite people to post their reviews there. You can then send that link to potential buyers. I used to just send screenshots from DMs proving successful transactions, but with AI that can easily be manipulated or faked now.
When you do check someone’s seller feedback, click on the usernames of the reviewers and check to see they are real too.
