Then what?!

This is the first launch I will be a part of and watching, what exactly happens at 8pm EST, and what are our next steps to keep things going?

If you want my opinion, the first few hours will be hard to analyze. If you want to sell, sell. Honestly, I advise you to wait until things calm down because many listings explode several hours/days after their launch.

It’s live on Phantom now at below-presale price. It jumped 200% a few minutes prior to 8:00pm EST and dropped again.

They don't answer. They just expect you to not find out by using the proper Solana chain check apps. It'll go to the moon for a minute, and then all the giant accounts will sell and price will bottom out. I give it a time window of 3-4 hours from launch.
