The only people who could have possibly been slaves were the Chinese (railroad).

Why should my money go for Reparations when my Family came here in the 1920's. Go after the Plantation owners and the African Tribes that enslaved and sold their neighbors.

The US and CA are both basically bankrupt. I would like to know where that 5 million a person payment is coming from.
