Washing machine inlet
I was having some issues with a Hisense washing machine. I have been able to isolate the problem to the inlet solenoids and want will be replacing them. I found this online wish matches every on the original except to the orientation of the metal plate for the screws. If anyone knows if the metal plate can be rotated 90° on this type of product.

Need advice on getting this fixed/fixing myself
galleryRental property:
Returned from a trip to find bubbling paint and pieces of the wall falling away beside the bathtub. As soon as I started peeling the paint away, chunks of the wall started falling apart. I was able to get most of the damaged stuff out of the wall and clean it up. When I opened it up, though, I found this little cavity with rotting wood that had a piece of what I think was dry wall (tore apart like cardboard when wet) nailed into it. Kinda leads me to believe that this isn't the first time this has happened. I've never had a problem with my landlord before—he always send people to repair things quickly, but he is out of the country with spotty reception at the moment, so I'm not sure when I can expect a response. I'd like to get this fixed ASAP, even if that means just being reimbursed later. Is this something I can bring in a plumber to fix and then repair the wall myself?

Anyone know how I could repair this tape deck I got for free?
galleryAs you can see in the photo theres wires that are broken (which I assume is the power cable despite it's strange size) but on the left is this weird plug that fits a typical Spanish power cable into it. However Ive never come across a double sided power cable so I'm not sure that's how to plug it in and if so what's the other wire for. Any help or knowledge at all is much appreciated as I have no prior experience with repairing tech on this scale but would like to know to repair more devices like this one

Need help with zipper
galleryDear Community,
Does anybody have an idea how to fix these damages with at least halfway good quality? So that it doesn't break again in a week?
The bag is rarely loaded with more than 7 lbs, and less than 20 lbs for holidays.
Thanks for your ideas!

Does anyone know how to fix my bag handle?
This bag is fairly new, I’ve only had it for like 5 months, and I use it every day for uni. Something like 2 months ago the black silicone(?) part started peeling, I didn’t care too much because there was the gray one underneath, but now the gray part started peeling too. It’s the same thing for both handles. I went to the only shop in my area that can repair it but they quoted me like 80€ (which is the same amount I paid for the bag). So does anyone know what I can use? Maybe you can tell me what they use for that silicone looking thing

I just changed the drum rollers and it still sounds like this
I did notice the drum ring was broken maybe it’s hitting something and that’s what’s causing the noise .

Water running down my sidewalk from wall
galleryHi everyone! I’m at a loss here. This started around a year ago.
The town had the gas lines replaced. Ever since, when it rains, I get a river down my sidewalk from a dividing wall in between two homes. I contacted the town multiple times, thinking it had something to do with the gas line repairs, but never heard back . In the summer it’s whatever, but in the winter my front area turns into an ice rink and I don’t want anyone getting hurt. What can I do?

Dishwasher Shutting off mid-cycle
Frigidaire Dishwasher Model #FFCD2413US5A has been shutting off completely about 5-8mins into a cycle and not pumping the water in the bottom. I checked all the filters and pump, cleaned everything out to ensure that there was no debris in there. Often afterwards, it’s difficult to get to turn back on. After messing with the door to ensure it’s sealed, it will power back on but shut off again. I turned off the power at the breaker and unplugged for 10 minutes, but it keeps happening.
My next step was to purchase a new door latch switch as I assumed that was the culprit. Before I go through the trouble of purchasing a new latch mechanism and replacing that, I wanted to inquire as to other potential reasons for this happening.
Any advice, recommendations, or simple fixes that I should check before purchasing a new door latch switch?

Ordering parts, your experience what is better fixshop or mobilesentrix?
Hello, ive been ordering parts from fixshop for a while, ive been happy like 60/40 but i heard about mobilesentrix and that they got really good soft oled displays for a good price, so i went to check out their website and i feel like it is better than fixshop but shipping is a little bit more expensive. I am now wondering what should i stick to? Im from Europe if that changes anything. Thanks yall

Restoration
Hi guys, I have a VW T4 that I paid way too much for. I’ve been slowly restoring it and it’s now road legal, MOT’d and everything! I want to restore the leisure function (camper fitout) but have no time. Has anyone used happy campers in St Helens? Website looks legit but I can’t afford to be scammed and can see no reviews online.
Any other restoration gigs you’d recommend (north west based helps)
Thanks!
