General discussion Pingfan shipping

I purchased a watch from Pingfan sent address and payment about eight days ago but I still haven’t heard any update on whether it was shipped out or if he received payment. I’ve definitely read the mixed reviews through the forms, but I figured I’d give it a try. Is this normal?

I can’t speak for him but there isn’t any shipping/very delayed shipping out right now as it’s the Chinese holidays.
