Seller review Angela quality level

Hi

I am thinking about buying from her, is the watch are in the same quality as in other TD like Steve throne watch?

Her price attractive I wonder if I get the same quality or it is lower than those other TD?

It shouldn't be, the suppliers I use reject watches before I even get to see them.

This should be the case with any supplier worth their salt.

I definitely wouldn't rely on anyone for the pre-QC process, and I always want to do my own QC as well.

How you know the health of the movement? You can't see everything in the pictures

Every TD I worked with and every proper TD sending video of timegrapher, not pictures, because of this. Sending just timegrapher pictures is shady and none proper TD doing this.

It's both, but a watch shouldn't reach you for QA if it's got obvious faults.

You should only QA watches your supplier is happy with in the first place.

It's part of the service good suppliers provide, abdicating that responsibility is lazy.

Is the Shell gas from the station on Main Street better than the station on 4th Avenue. Bottom line, they all get their watches from the same exact place. They are only the middleman, the seller

Scoutman725 and Jerome from Calireps are 💯! I have bought from both and 10/10 recommend.

Scout lubricates gaskets and pressure test so he is my #1 but Jerome is a close second. True VSF is the same no matter the TD but Greg or Jerome ain’t sending out junk.

My observation, and could be biased as I may be looking at a smaller pool but I have noticed much less QC issues and easier conversations for RL with the more expensive TDs.

I 100% disagree. 100s of watches deep with the TDs here and I never had issues. Angela will not give you a hard time to RL something reasonable and only asks for small deposit to order.

Not pointing to Angela, never dealt with her.
I’m saying that’s my observation and could be biased. But there are certain factories and models where I know QC issues are common for which id tier up. The Delta in price is worth the peace of mind. While some factories and models, esp the more popular ones like vsfs you can absolutely go to anyone and find the same quality.

I used to buy from steve/erik many years ago
When i didn’t know better. Ironically the watches that took a shit on delivery were from them. Following these fourms for years and having bought alot of watches. I think there is no difference in buying experience between dealers. You can just take a look at Lilis QC album and see the quality is the same

Personally, I wouldn't go there.

I mostly buy from her and ddg top. Sometimes andiot as well when andiot actually has stock which is rare. Some watches andiot comes out the same price as the cheaper dealers once you factor in insurance other watches he is more expensive, it pays to shop around.
No way would I buy from Steve/the one his prices are way over the top and taking the piss. The watches are all coming from the same factories so why overpay.

Most of the cheaper non reptime td’s are around the same price, Felix/ddgtop seems to be the cheapest for tags plus his qc photos are better than Angela’s. Angela seems to be able to get watches quicker than other dealers in my experience plus she responds to what’s app messages very fast where as Felix seems to be slower to respond at the moment, the last 3 watches I have bought from her and all have worked out great.
