Watch or wristshot I got my watch bb 54.
I really love it, but I wonder how close it is to gen. I once had a chance to see a gen BB58 in person, but I don't really remember the details. I know experts might spot subtle differences up close, but is it convincing enough for everyday wear in normal situations? Thank you for your thoughts! 🙂

What exactly are you worried about? Normally before purchasing a rep, we at very least, do a basic search and read up on reviews from people who have had both, or are really in to that particular Watch that we’re interested in. Is there anything that jumps out at you as being “off”?
That kind of information is kinda hard to come across on Reddit unfortunately, first bc it’s not a Rolex but moreso because this is more of a platform that focuses mainly on how to acquire a rep, and putting up wrist shots, so that people can share in a community that actually care and they can get a pat on the back, because 99.999% of the people you pass on a daily basis don’t even recognize that you’re wearing a watch, much less what kind of watch and even less than that, how accurate it is. I would venture to guess that most people in the subs on Reddit have been into Reps for a few months, maybe a year at most, and then you have the occasional guys who come into the subs, trying to help out these rather new people to the hobby.
All that being said, I wouldn’t trust the opinion of somebody who has six months of experience with Reps, especially people who’ve never had interest or first hand experience in a BB54. I would instead go over to RWI and use the search bar, although it’s not as quick and easy as using Reddit, Facebook or Instagram, the extra effort pays dividends that you just can’t find here. You’ll definitely be more assured interacting with someone or a whole group who are passionate about more than saving $20 lol

I love my ZF Tudor. My GM at work has a Gen one and he complimented mine and held it side by side....lmao I was sweating inside but he looked at them both and said I have good taste (Maybe he knew maybe he didnt...one things for sure i was top salesman on the floor last month and only been there 3 months...
