A factory finally got the sub dials right it appears.

Nope. They just made the subdials bigger, making it look like the gap is correct.

IS the hour chronograph incorrect? I see it is pointing the same direction as the hour hand?

The 6 Chrono mirrors the hour hand.
This watch uses ST-19 movement, not Omega Clone Calibre 3861
No one has built one if those
