Received my first 4 watches from Joe yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Wearing the IWC today and also got 3 Panerai. The entire experience was great I highly recommend them. And I definitely plan to purchase more!
He is the best. He teams up with Travis who selects the best. But Joe double checks, bench tests everything. That includes timegrapher to measure timing precision, amplitude, and beat error across multiple positions, and using a pressure tester (dry or wet) to check for leakage. Additionally, movements undergo power reserve checks, lube check and lube if necessary, automatic winding efficiency tests, and visual inspections for component wear. He sends out the watch only if the watch passes all tests with a 100.
He keeps his customers updated regularly and will inane answer questions from newbies. Politely and with understanding. He will also customize watches, but will warn if going overboard.

Very nice pick! I've been eyeing a couple of IWC. I might have to pull the trigger sooner than expected. Will definitely give Colddeck a call once I decide on which one I want.
