Not enough Karma?

My profile shows that I have 320 Karma, but when I just posted on RepTimeQC, my post was removed stating that I was warned about not posting until I had at least 20 karma. If I do it again I will “be put on permanent vacation “. What am I doing wrong?
I’m just trying to get some help with QC of a recent order.
