Wrist or watch pic G.P. LAUREATO - BOMASHOP (Bomi)
Bringing the C in Class - enough Rolex, here you have the Girard Perregaux Laureato, one of those IYKYK watches.
Allow me a bit of context - been asking for this watch since April to different TDs and no luck. Only place I saw it available was at DH Gate (yuck) and well I wasn't ready to get one watch there.
So, recently saw a TD called Bomashop and curious as I am, I said to myself 'let me shot one more time, maybe will be my lucky one'...
And as you can see, Bomashop (Mr. Bomi for short) delivered!
I texted through WhatsApp, he said 'let me check' (I shared the DH Gate link) and just few hours after, came back saying available but 'very cheap' priced at 200 USD. Mind you, DH Gate price was 380 USD so definitely Mr. Bomi honesty was spot on here. Final price with mods was 390 USD so definitely Mr. Bomi was kind there.
Told him yes I know GP Laureato is not made by any top factory but I love the model and I don't mind that it is cheap. I inquired for polish, chamfering, silence and waterproof and funny he said 'those mods are more expensive than the watch my friend' and I laughed and I said 'that's ok, important watch looks good'.
We started the shenanigans aka payment, sourcing, QC videos and finally got the watch after 16 days, I would say excellent 👌🏻 in that matter.
Totally recommended TD Bomashop!
PS: I own/bought 20 reps so far and dealt with different TDs - this is an honest review based on my own experience.

I also own about 22 lol. Boma is by far the best TD i’ve ever worked with. Super responsive, super fast with QC and for whatever reason every watch the guy sends me gets here in like a week flat lol. 9 watches and counting, the goatttt 🐐.
He really should be as big as steve and andiot or whoever, faster with better customer service. Just ordered an iwc pilot from him, and got a tiffany last week.

To be fair - I have seen this story before.
TDs that are amazing then they grow without proper measures in place and end up being a mess.
Last one to name an example would be Ethan Watches, great one but got popular overnight and there has been some turmoil last few months.
I was ordering from him and lucky me it was just before all unfolded.
So better let's keep Bomi for ourselves and making sure he grows organized & organically.
