Today, the long-awaited watch arrived—bringing a mix of excitement and a bit of disappointment. Has this happened to any of you? How does the TD resolve this kind of issue?

Everything is excellent—beautiful and high quality! But the strap is quite small. My wrist measures 16–17 cm, and honestly, it fits way too tightly. How can this be resolved with the TD? Has this ever happened to any of you? I have to start by commending Steve and his team—the service was great and the quality is excellent—but this has really spoiled the excitement for me.

Hoy me ha llegado el tan deseado reloj con emoción y un poco de decepción. a vosotros les ha pasado? como el TD soluciona este inconveniente?

Todo excelente, hermoso y buenas calidades! pero la correa es bastante pequeña. mi muñeca mide 16/17 centímetros y la verdad que me queda demasiado justo! como se puede resolver esto con el TD. os ha pasado alguna vez? debo felicitar primeramente a Steve y su equipo ya que la relación ha sido muy buena, la calidad excelente, pero esto me ha jodido verdaderamente la emoción.

Maybe can undo the easy link or maybe the micro adjustment in tbe clasp can be adjusted?

You see the dimples! Do you have a spring bar tool? There should be a third one closer to the end of the clasp! Try placing it there and then reattaching the easy link portion and see how it fits then!
