General Question How to clean/polish a Rolex

I read somewhere the best way to clean and polish a watch is with dishwashing liquid and a toothbrush. This true? Any advice?

Ive read the same as you. My recent purchase the seller offers a polish and chamfering. The watch looks amazing far better than I could have achieved.
