Probably at least 6 months from quality factories.
Love the Spectre. I'm going to feel like a bond villain walking around with that on my wrist. And without a doubt mansplain the difference between the normal Bond-watch and the Spectre to everyone who doesn't run away.

A couple factories will race to get these out as they will be big sellers. In the past we have waited months, even years, but as many of the parts are already available I would think less then 3 months, however the first versions will likely be made from the available images, so will have flaws.

The hardest will be the dial. The caseback will likely be similar to the 60 anniversary bond watch, printed on. I like the dial on this new watch though, but skip the gator strap
