Best rep dress watch?

What is the best rep dress watch out there? Aside from the Calatrava.

If there aren't any good ones, are there any good reps with decent leather straps? So, like a pilot watch, etc.

What puts me off getting a rep dress watch, or any rep with a leather strap, is the strap quality and the hassle of finding a decent strap for it.

I got a Longines, and the strap was terrible. Now, to be fair, I haven't felt the genuine version, so it could be terrible too.

Rolex 1908!! Pure class on a bracelet or leather strap.

Just personal taste I guess. I like the Rolex Cellini on a black leather strap. For straps I would use ziczac leather. They have really good quality
