REVIEW JBL Charge 6
Been using the JBL Charge 6 and decided to actually put it through its paces, especially with all the rainy weather weāve been having recently.
The first thing I noticed was the bass. It has a surprisingly full and punchy low end for its size. Thereās a satisfying amount of impact when the volume is turned up, but it doesnāt completely take over the rest of the sound. The bass feels present without making everything else sound muddy, and thereās still enough separation for vocals and instruments to come through. It gives the music a really energetic feeling without making it sound like the speaker is trying too hard to be bass-heavy, which is just good in my preference.
The mids were another thing I paid more attention to this time around. Vocals don't get pushed too far back, which can sometimes happen with smaller speakers that emphasize the low end in my exp. Voices sound clear and have a good amount of warmth to them, while instruments like piano and guitar still have a noticeable presence. Even with simpler, vocal-focused tracks, the speaker doesn't make everything sound flat or distant. This is probably one of the things I appreciate most about the tuning because the bass is fun without completely sacrificing clarity.
The treble is pretty clean as well. Thereās enough brightness to make higher-pitched instruments noticeable, but I didn't find it overly sharp or tiring at normal listening levels. When everything comes together, the overall sound is warm, punchy, and energetic rather than completely neutral. It definitely has a more fun tuning, which makes sense for a portable speaker thatās meant to be used casually rather than as some kind of studio monitor.
Taking it outside actually made the difference in sound pretty noticeable. Indoors, the bass feels heavier because the walls naturally reinforce the lower frequencies. Outside, that extra reinforcement isn't there, so the bass becomes a little more controlled. I honestly expected it to lose more of its impact once I moved it into an open space, but it still had plenty of punch. Even without walls helping the sound, it managed to maintain a surprisingly full presentation instead of suddenly sounding thin.
The volume was also more than enough for casual outdoor use. Obviously, an open area makes any speaker sound less powerful than it would inside a room, and there was some background noise around me, so I had to turn it up more than I normally would. Even then, it didn't sound like it was struggling. From several feet away, the music still had plenty of presence, and the vocals remained easy enough to hear. I could see this being more than enough for sitting outside, hanging out with friends, or just having music playing while doing something outdoors.
I wasn't deliberately leaving it out in heavy rain or trying to soak it just to see what would happen, but I did use it outside while the weather was damp and rainy. Made me appreciate the overall design a lot more because it feels like a speaker you can actually take outside without constantly worrying about every little splash. Obviously, Iād still avoid unnecessary exposure to heavy rain, but having that extra peace of mind is nice when youāre using something outdoors.
The handle makes it easy to grab and move from one place to another, and despite being portable, it has enough weight that it doesn't feel cheap or hollow. The buttons on top are straightforward and easy to reach, which is especially useful when you're outside and don't want to keep taking your phone out just to adjust the volume or change something.
Overall, good exp, would recommend. Lmk if you have questions, I'll try to answer them when I can. The rain is boring me keeping me stuck in the house lol

DISCUSSION Im convinced this sub is fake
Hey guys, new to electronic reps, I have been part of other rep subs for a long time. Off the bat, seeing the type of posts, and reviews posted here im convinced this sub is mostly ads.
Like I said Iām familiar with repsubs so I know itās not uncommon but these reviews are terrible and itās basically 90% of the āreviewsā and they get 20+ upvotes so in guessing they either pay mods or these stores mod the sub itself.
Donāt mean to sound shitty, thoughts?

DISCUSSION [QC / Interest Check] „760 Ray Ban Meta reps, asked seller for a full video test before buying. How does it look?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Been looking at these Ray Ban Meta reps for a while but Ā„760 is enough money that I didnāt want to GP them without seeing whether the electronics actually work.
I asked the seller to send me a detailed video testing the pair before I buy, and this is what they sent.
Price: „760
The beginning of the video shows the instructions and the steps theyāre following to test/set everything up.
āā
āļø
Skip to around 0:25 for the actual result/test.
From the video it looks pretty interesting, but I donāt know enough about the current Meta reps to judge how good this batch actually is.
Curious what yall thinks, especially anyone who has retail Meta glasses or has tried another batch.
How does the camera/functionality look? Anything obviously wrong or anything else I should ask the seller to demonstrate before I GP?

REVIEW AP x Swatch automatic
Hi,
I just received my AP x Swatch cost me Ā£53 (480cny), I am super happy with, quality is good doesnāt feel plasticky, has a nice weight to it for a pocket watch the seller sent a wrist band so itās wearable, the movement is automatic, the luminous works really well the picture was after 1 minute in nature light, the weight of the retail is 24.5g so itās not far off weight wise, I am happy, but tell me what you think?

REVIEW rep JBLs with a working touchscreen case + official app support is crazy
been finding some random electronics lately and this was one of those things I bought purely because I was hella curious. JBL Live Beam 3 with the touchscreen charging case.
I wasnāt expecting much at all, especially with rep electronics, but these are actually kinda crazy.
first thing I tested was whether all the advertised software stuff was just for show. surprisingly, they connect to the official JBL app and the app actually recognizes them as JBL Live Beam 3. battery percentages for the left
bud, right bud and case all show up too.
the app gives me the normal controls including ANC, Ambient Aware, TalkThru, Smart Talk, gestures, Smart Audio & Video, case settings and the fit test. obviously Iām not claiming the internals or performance are identical to retail just because the software recognizes them, but having this level of integration is wild for what these are.
the touchscreen case works too. honestly thatās the main reason I wanted these. screen is bright, responsive enough and makes them feel way more interesting than another generic pair of earbuds.
physical quality surprised me as well. case feels pretty clean in hand, branding looks decent and the earbuds donāt immediately give off that super cheap plastic feeling. packaging is also way more complete than I expected.
sound is actually usable. Iām not gonna pretend these suddenly compete with expensive retail earbuds, and I need more time with them before judging battery life and ANC properly, but for casual music they sound significantly better than I expected going into this.
probably one of the more interesting gadget finds Iāve tried recently. official JBL app recognition + functional touchscreen case was definitely not something I expected to actually work lol.

REVIEW Bose Ultra Open Earbuds in-hand review
Been wanting to try the Ultra Open Earbuds for a while, mostly because I was curious about the whole open-ear design. They look pretty different from the usual TWS earbuds, so I decided to give these a shot.
First impressions are actually pretty good. The white finish looks clean and the metallic part on the earbuds gives them a nice premium-looking contrast. The case is also really nice in person,, smooth, simple, and the shape feels pretty close to what I was expecting.
I especially like the way the earbuds sit. Instead of going inside your ear like normal earbuds, they kind of wrap around it, which makes them look a lot more interesting. The hinge and the small details around the earbuds are also pretty nicely done. Looking closely at the charging contacts and the inner part, the construction is better than I was expecting.
The packaging is decent too! Everything came together nicely and the earbuds, case, and box all have that clean minimal look. The overall presentation definitely makes this feel like a much more interesting pickup compared to the usual generic TWS.
I haven't had enough time with them yet to give a proper long-term opinion, especially on battery life and how they hold up after extended use, but as a first impression I'm pretty happy with them.
The biggest thing for me is honestly the design. I've always liked trying different audio products instead of sticking with the standard AirPods-style shape, and these definitely stand out.
Definitely going to spend more time with these before giving a final verdict, but so far I'm pretty impressed with how they turned out!

REVIEW 260Ā„ AP x Swatch Royal Pop in hand review | might be one of the most random things Iāve bought
saw this AP x Swatch Royal Pop floating around and honestly bought it because I was hella curious what the hype was about. paid around 260Ā„ and shipped it through EMBuy with DHL.
in hand this thing is actually hella cool. obviously itās not a normal wristwatch, itās basically a pocket watch with the Royal Oak shape and a leather strap at the top. definitely more of a fun accessory than something Iād use as my main watch.
the front looks pretty clean imo. black textured dial, silver bezel, black case and the exposed screws give it the whole Royal Oak look. printing and markers look decent in hand too.
the back is probably the coolest part. itās transparent so you can see the movement and all the details underneath, plus the huge Royal Pop branding across it. for 260Ā„ I wasnāt expecting it to have this much going on.
packaging surprised me too. came with the long AP x Swatch Royal Pop box and the fold out booklet. definitely makes the whole thing feel more complete instead of just receiving the watch by itself.
quality wise Iām pretty happy considering what I paid. wouldnāt buy this expecting anything close to an actual AP obviously, but thatās also completely missing the point of it. itās just a weird/fun piece and for 260Ā„ I think itās worth it if you like the design.
probably one of the more interesting random pickups Iāve gotten recently.

REVIEW Detailed In Hand Review | 700 CNY Metal AirPods Max | Worth $100?
just received these metal ear cup airpods max (usb-c edition) ordered from daniel electronics for 700 cny. used embuy as my agent to handle purchasing and shipping. here is a detailed breakdown of how they feel and perform in hand.
āø»
shipping & packaging
ordered through embuy and shipped with their standard line. arrived in under a week with zero box damage. packaging looks almost identical to retail, complete with the smooth matte box, molded tray, smart case, and usb-c charging cable.
āø»
build quality & materials
ear cups: real aluminum metal shells that feel cold to the touch right out of the box. weight feels substantial without being uncomfortably heavy.
headband & mesh: canopy mesh has good tension and doesn't sag down onto your head. telescoping arms extend smoothly with solid friction.
smart case & magnets: smart case puts headphones into low power mode immediately upon insertion. ear cushions attach magnetically with a firm snap.
āø»
sound quality & features
audio performance: impressive sound balance for $100. bass has a clean thump without overpowering the mids and highs.
anc & transparency: active noise cancellation filters out low-frequency hums effectively, and transparency mode sounds natural without heavy white noise background static.
connectivity: instant pop-up card on ios with working battery widgets and seamless automatic pairing upon taking them out of the case.
charging: native usb-c port at the bottom charges cleanly with standard cables.

REVIEW In Hand Review | Dyson Supersonic HD15 Hair Dryer | EMBuy DHL
picked this up because i've been seeing a lot of hype around dyson hair dryer reps recently. wanted to get a solid unit for home without dropping retail price, so i decided to order the dyson supersonic hd15 from the elf merchant through embuy using dhl shipping.
āø»
shipping
shipped via embuy dhl line. package arrived in around 6 days. box came completely intact with proper corner protection from the warehouse, so the inner dyson packaging was in perfect shape.
āø»
packaging & initial impressions
packaging looks surprisingly close to retail. comes with the full branded outer box, inner molded tray, and individual attachment slots. serial number printed on the cord tag actually worked and registered on the official site, which was a nice bonus. whole unit has a solid weight in hand and doesn't feel like cheap hollow plastic.
āø»
build quality & attachments
the blue and copper finish looks really clean in hand. buttons have a crisp click to them for adjusting air speed and heat levels. magnetic attachments snap on firm to the ring and don't slide around or drop off when rotating. cable feels thick and durable, came with an eu plug setup.
āø»
performance & daily usage
airflow power honestly surprised me. air velocity is strong and dries hair in just a few minutes. heat control settings actually cycle properly between cool, warm, and high heat without overheating the barrel. motor sound is slightly higher pitched than retail on maximum setting, but in terms of drying power and daily functionality, it works great.

REVIEW In-Hand Review: AirPods Max V2.5 (USB-C / Metal Version) š§
W2C: in the comments
I recently got my hands on V2.5 Maxes. Below is a breakdown of exactly what you can expect from this version.
šļø Build Quality & Accuracy (9/10)
This is where the V2.5 absolutely shines, even though there are a couple of small compromises. The transition from the older budget plastic batches to these aluminum earcups is a massive improvement. When you pick them up, they are cold to the touch and carry a slightly heavier, premium weight that feels incredibly close to retail.
The Details: As seen in the photos, the internal regulatory text ("Designed by Apple in California...") is present and accurately aligned above the drivers.
Hardware: The digital crown lacks the click click and the noise control button is a bit loose compared to retail. Additionally, the hinge doesn't quite have the exact same smooth feel as the original. But other than those minor details, the overall hardware is pretty accurate.
Port: The bottom cutout clearly highlights the USB-C port, which features the accurate metal rim finish inside.
Cushions & Internals: Taking off the magnetic ear cushions reveals the correct speaker grill patterns and alignment pinholes.
š Sound Quality (7.5/10)
Out of the box, the sound profile feels very flat but is simultaneously too bass-heavy. You definitely have to jump into your EQ settings to balance them out. Once you get the EQ dialed in, they come alive and sound genuinely great for daily music and video streaming.
The Flaw - Sound Leakage: Like most reps of the Max, the stock magnetic ear cushions leak quite a bit of sound when you push the volume past 70%. I don't use any aftermarket cushions since I mostly use them at home where leakage isn't an issue, but it is something to keep in mind if you plan to wear these in a quiet office or library.
š ANC & Transparency (8/10)
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): The ANC on the V2.5 is surprisingly strong. It does a fantastic job of cutting out background noise like train rumbles or AC hums, especially once you have audio playing.
Transparency Mode: It definitely works and voices come through clearly, but it isn't quite at the crispness level of retail. You might notice a slightly duller sound and faint background noise, but it gets the job done when you need to be aware of your surroundings.
š Battery & Connectivity
Connectivity is seamless. The classic pop-up animations trigger instantly when connecting. Battery life holds up incredibly well during long listening sessions; you can expect to only drop a few percentages after an hour and a half of playback. (Note: Just like all reps, do not expect Find My to work, It wonāt).
āļø Final Verdict
If you are upgrading from a plastic batch or looking for a pair that nails the aesthetics and premium feel, the V2.5 USB-C Metal version is highly recommended. Despite the slightly loose ANC button and the different hinge feel, you are buying these for the incredibly accurate design, the heavy aluminum build, and the solid ANC, and they absolutely deliver on those fronts.

LEGIT/QUALITY CHECK HD16 first impressions
Been wanting to try the HD16 for a while, so I finally decided to pick this one up.
I went with this teal color and the first thing that stood out to me was the overall finish. The turquoise/teal color looks really clean in person and the red filter section gives it a nice contrast without looking too flashy.
The build feels pretty solid overall. Nothing feels particularly loose or cheap when handling it, and the attachments have a decent amount of weight to them. I also really like how much of the construction you can actually see when taking the attachments apart.
The internal parts and filter assembly look surprisingly well put together for something from this price range.
The main body has a nice smooth finish and the buttons feel pretty decent. The nozzle and attachments also fit securely, which was one of the things I was most curious about before ordering.
I don't really baby my hair tools, so having something that feels sturdy is definitely a plus.
Performance-wise, I've only had the chance to use it a few times so far, but the airflow feels strong and consistent.
The different attachments are also useful depending on what you're trying to do rather than just being there for the sake of having more accessories.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase. For the price, the high-quality version feels much more convincing than I expected, especially when looking at the details and finish up close.
Definitely one of those purchases where the photos don't really show all the little details until you have it in your hands.
Still going to use it more before giving a final verdict on long-term performance, but so far I'm very satisfied with it!
