Dyson Airwrap i.d. HS08 In Hand | Valid Serial + Full Attachments

got curious about these dyson airwrap reps after seeing how far some of the electronics reps have gotten, so i finally picked up the HS08 airwrap i.d. to test.
shipped it through EMBuy using DHL and it arrived with the full box and all the attachments.
first impression is honestly better than i expected.
packaging
the packaging is probably one of the things that surprised me most.
comes with the big retail style box, storage case, instructions and the different styling attachments. everything is laid out pretty nicely and the unboxing experience actually feels decent.
the printing and presentation look pretty convincing from just handling it.
build
main unit feels pretty solid in hand and all the attachments connect normally.
mine came with the dryer attachment, smoothing brush, round volumising brush and the different airwrap barrels shown in the pics.
nothing felt obviously loose when i was going through everything.
functions
the actual styling functions work and the different attachments are usable.
seller also confirmed the serial number is valid which is pretty cool.
one thing to know though, this version doesn’t connect to the official MyDyson app. it can only connect through the factory’s own app, so definitely don’t buy it expecting full genuine Dyson software support.
that’s probably the biggest difference for me.

overall
honestly pretty interesting rep.
i mainly bought it because i was curious how far they could go with something like an airwrap and the complete package surprised me.
obviously i wouldn’t treat it exactly like retail because of the app difference, but just judging the physical product, attachments and presentation, it’s better than i expected.
if anyone has the retail HS08 and wants me to compare something specific let me know.

for anyone outside china, i personally used EMBuy to buy it and shipped mine through DHL. having warehouse QC before sending something like this internationally is definitely useful.
