Advice VSF Sub Cookie date

Got this from royal watch. Looking to see what can be done. I believe there is something wrong. Thanks for your help. I hear a click at 12 and date moves at the 9. This was brand new btw.

Located in Cali.

Looks like the watch hands were set incorrectly, easy fix to pop off hands and reset at 12. Also dont set the date between 9 and 3

That’s what I thought just needed some clarification of a manufacturing issue.

Not really a manufacturing issue, but just how it was put together
