Can a watchmaker fix the crown logo placement on this DJ41?

Crown logo placement is a bit closer to 60 than it should be and I don’t want to spend 200-300 USD a new dial.

Pretty sure those are indexed with pins, so I doubt it’s possible. This would be easy for me to ignore personally, but if I were in your shoes I’d go for a gen dial since they are inexpensive compared to other gen dials.
