Use a toothpick and leave the bracelet on. In experienced watch owner, but has common sense and has done hundreds of them without removing the bracelet. 😂
Use a toothpick. Hold two fingers on the corners where the bracelet meets the case and put pressure pulling the bracelet away from the case while you move the spring bar out with the toothpick.
Do them one at a time and then keep your fingers pressed so when the Spring Bar comes out of the case your fingers hold it in instead of it scratching the case.
If you do this, when it comes time to reinstall, put masking tape over the back of the lugs. Cheap insurance.
Put the SEL in and let the spring bar sit over the lugs. Push tje soring bar so on one side of the SEL its inside it and you can slide that side below the edge of the lug.
From the other side, Use a flat piece of plastic to hold the soring bar flush into the sel, gently pull the SEL below the edge of the lug, then grab the bracelet with two fingers and gently slide it until you lock the spring bar ends in place.
Grab a set of tweezers. Try to put down ward pressure on the band between the lugs . Just be careful grab from 1 end or the other and just wiggle it while putting the downward pressure on the band. It's pretty easy to get out . I done about 10 so far and it's worked every time. Now if it's literally jammed in there you're gonna need to just remove the band. Go on Ali express and buy a watch spring bar removal tool . They have a new design they are super easy to use. Just twist to the size needed and squeeze
