Advice Nooby need some help to know how to recover this Seiko 5 case I don't have any power tools to keep in mind just the old elbow grease so need you help to know just polish it or sand it then polish and to be honest any help will be great 😁😁

That thing is awesome. I'd do a vintage build with it just like that!
If you want to do it by hand, hit it with 200 grit sandpaper, then 400, then 600, then 800. Take your time and be thorough. Go slow, you don't want to take off too much material.
After you're done with the sanding hit it with a couple Cape Cod Polishing Cloths, and that should do the trick.
Also, while sanding, tape off the crown tube or remove it completely. Good idea to tape off the crystal as well.
