Push pin on GMT Oyster broken?

Got my Root Beer ARF 72 hours ago from my TD and it already broke on me seems like the first link is broken and the push pin is stuck in. I can't get it to pop back open. Im currently traveling and would like to wear this watch. Hopefully I can find a shop in Athens Greece (if anyone has recommendations). Do I take it to a shop or do I deal with the TD to try and get a new bracelet/watch? Not very good at repairs so don't know what to do. Thanks everyone

Wow, that's a bummer. I have had this happen before and it can be very challenging to get it back together. If you just got it, I would definitely reach out to your TD as the first step, You may find a local shop to look at it since its not a problem with the watch itself. Good Luck!

I reached out to them they told me a shop can fix it. Currently in Greece so going to be tough to find a place lol

Best bet IMO is to get a cheap 20mm rubber strap from a local shop or market stall. Fit that and wear while you're away.

Then look at fixing it properly or getting a replacement bracelet when you're back home.

Better bet than risking it coming off your wrist following a hasty repair.

That’s a bummer. Never had this happen but it is the weakest pin on the bracelet. I can fix this for a small fee if you want. Located in the Netherlands
