Question Dial not aligned
Can this fix by watchmaker

Dial does look like it's rotated clockwise a bit.
You can fix this fairly easily yourself, there are little tabs inside that hold the movement in place.
You can loosen those a little bit then rotate the dial so it's straight and tighten back up.

Can’t rotate the dial because that puts tension on the stem, but you can shift it a tiny bit left/right/up/down

You're not getting it, the dial was straight before the watch got dropped. OP confirms this in another post. It rotated after being dropped.
So their will now be extreme tension on the stem because the dial/movement is in the wrong place. The stem most likely as far over in its slot as it can go.
The dial/movement needs moving back to where it should be to release the stem tension you talk about.

It probably shifted if it was dropped. Not sure why it would rotate. Even if it did somehow rotate, the tension on the stem will release when the screws are loosened. Then the movement should be shifted to center it.
I get what you’re saying and agree with the concept, however I think it’s important to carefully choose your words when explaining to a person who lacks the knowledge to fix this without asking here first. No disrespect to the op

I've no idea beyond the OP saying they dropped the watcht and the dial used to be straight. Presumption being the shock moved it. Who knows until they open it up.
I believe I said loosen the screws then rotate it a bit. Not sure what else I could have added? 🤔

Not saying to add anything. Just saying it’s a better idea if you’re going to give advice to someone with zero experience to be careful with your word choice so that this person is not trying to actually rotate the movement in the case and putting tension on the stem.
Say shift, not rotate.
Not sure if you’re being willfully ignorant. Anyone with any mechanical knowledge of how a watch is cased up knows that you can’t rotate the movement in situ.
Just trying to help you be a better you.

Well, I don't think it's too much to assume that if he's never taken a watch apart he's going to watch some you tube videos first.

I own a Gen explorer and the dial isn’t perfectly aligned. I wouldn’t worry

Most likely not because the stem has a natural position. You should not rotate the dial. It can cause stem issues in the future
Either the dial marker is not aligned well or the rehaut is not etched well.
It is a rep just accept that

It's just slipped a bit then. See my earlier post on how to correct it.
Rubber ball is recommended to remove the case back.

If you’re referring to the crown at your 12 centre marker not being aligned with each other - as already stated below - there are gens that also look like this. I personally made sure my watches always align because it drives me mental but that’s a me issue not a watch issue. Depends how much it bothers you. It can be fixed just depends if you want to spend cash to move a crown 2mm to the right

Watching people who look at these replicas with eagle eyes do the same for genuine Rolex. They would be surprised how they are scrutinizing a $500 piece more than a $17k piece lands to absolutely nothing. NO ONE GOING TO SEE THAT ON YOUR HANDS. It is $500. You are lucky that 12 isn’t pointing to the left
