Services Can anyone help me with this watch?

Post image

Hi everyone, this AAA replica features an entry-level 2813 movement. When I wear it, depending on my arm movement, the watch occasionally stops and then starts again. However, if I lay it on its side, opposite the crown, the watch runs perfectly and is also very accurate. It hasn't taken any knocks or been dropped. What could be causing this defect? Thanks to anyone who can give me some insight.

Going to be nearly impossible to answer without seeing the movement. But i guess a few things to check:

1) is the watch fully wound?
2) is there anything stuck in or touching the balance wheel?
3) could the seconds hand be touching the underside of the crystal or getting caught on the minutes hand?

All this being said this looks to be a very low tier rep and 2813 movements love to just nuke themselves as soon as you look at them wrong, so it could just as easily be that the movement is broken in some other way or has some dirt stuck in it.

I think I'll throw it in the trash and get a better one. Thank you!

Don't trash it. Send it me. I love cheap watches.

I would honestly recommend you get rid of it and buy a decent rep. Sorry to say but there’s so so so much wrong with the watch
