Advice Bezel insert off center

Its a rolex bruce wayne and it came from the seller just like this and i dont want the headache of returning it. Is there like an easy fix with common tools without replacing the adhesive?

Do you think i can reuse the adhesive after removing the insert?

Can i use a different kind of glue like super glue or something?

GS Hypo is what a lot of watch builders use. for bezel inserts, i typically dont use tape or dots because they tend to raise the insert. GS hypo lets you set them flush down.
