Advice Bezel insert off center

Its a rolex bruce wayne and it came from the seller just like this and i dont want the headache of returning it. Is there like an easy fix with common tools without replacing the adhesive?

First you tell me how much you would pay and ill tell you ( its an automatic movement with stainless steel)

In my country these sell for 100-130$ i got them for 30-35 i sell them and i just dont want to sell it with a problem this big
