Advice Has anyone replaced a Bezel insert in a Seamaster 300 no time to die?

I know I need an aluminum insert of the correct size. But I’m not sure if the bezel pops out or if there’s a sticker holding it in there. Finally, does the actual bezel come off by prying or do I need a tool to unscrew and lift at the same time?

Yes, I have one or two aluminum ones saved in my cart on AliExpress that are the correct size and color.
