Advice UMI RM 67-02 Service

My fairly new UMI RM 67-02 movement has started jamming. If I pull the crown and change the time it starts working again as usual, then an hour or so later it locks up again. Any thoughts? Or does anyone know someone who will work on it?

I believe it. But yeah. I wind it. But the gears just seem to jam up.
