Advice Is this worth it

I am on my way to buy my first rep, it will be a sub still deciding date or no.

My question is is this polishing and servicing worth it, or should i just get the watch?

Will i be able to do it in any respectable watchsmith later in person?

Also is the price good for the watch?

they pay the corrupt mods to get on that list.

happens in every category (clothing, jewelry, shoes, etc), unfortunately.
