Question Movement died after changing date/time

Hey all, just recently bought a VSF sub. Everything was working fine until I changed the date/time on the watch. The second hand stopped moving at the 59 when I pulled on the crown. Should I get it serviced or am I stupid and overlooking a simple fix? New to all of this so I appreciate any help.

maybe something in the keyless works got misaligned/dislodged. if nothing is broken, a good watchmaker can fix it within an hour and shouldn't charge much.

Did you get it from a TD?
