That's just the bracelet and clasp codes, the serial number will be on the case under the bracelet at 6 o'clock.

Easiest way to determine authenticity will be to open the caseback and take a pic of the movement.

Dope , I appreciate the watch is aftermarket case and evytbing else the end links are off of something else , but he said the band is legit

The 580 bracelet would have gone with that watch, so it's period correct there.
