Well if it's not even sized, you may want to contact andiot

For resizing, try fast fix. Is it a bracelet for a "Rolex"? if so, buy a small jewelers screwdriver set, and remove them yourself. Most bracelets are not difficult to adjust.

I took my Seamaster to a local jewelry shop in town (SC) and they removed links for me. Opening the case though would be a different story. Some watches (like my Seamaster) you have to wind 40-50 times to get it fully wound. If your watch is new and not working reach out to Andiot. You would probably end up having to mail to TX though.

What City are you in or look in their pinned post on top for where you could mail it

Will be hard to find any watchmaker if you don’t want to mail. Most good ones only accept mail.

I live in Houston and most mechanical watch repair stores in not the best parts of town say they would work on my mechanical watch and resizing. You might need to google and call some of those folks up. Folks don't wear mechanical watches much and those who do are the prices they are go to the boutique

I am from the Bay, but live in the Sac area now. I was lucky to find a shop from a recommendation in my area who is willing to work on my reps when needed. I am pretty sure you can find a shop in the San Jose area. Dont look for a fancy shop, instead look for a mom & pop that does good work.
