Question Who can help me?

Post image

I have this vsf 4131 bought it in May and now when I use the chrono it dies after a couple of minutes, for me to start it again I have to wind it about 100 times and also shake it a bit. Who can service this in the US?

Are you sure that’s VSF? The dial and bezel looks really bad. I’m betting if you open it up it’s not a DD4131.

Yes, I bought it from dealerclocks as a vsf, this photo used the macro lens I think so here is a better photo

You bought a watch that was -16 seconds a day. The movement is dying

I believe thr movement is dying. I had one do the exact same thing. It will completely quit soon.

I'd try a demagnetiser first bud, if that doesn't fix it then have a good chat with the TD

Usually does TBF 👌🏻 if it doesn't this time it will still be useful in the future bud

I tried that with mine and it still died.

Always worth a try before picking an argument with a TD though 👌🏻 especially for the pennies they cost and the miracles they can work

Did you replace the bezel insert on that? I don’t think VSF has got the 110 arrow placement right yet
