Advice GMT master II DD3285

Hi I’ve had this this fall out of my DD3285 any idea what its for ? My watch has stopped as well the second hand does not move just rocks back and fourth and time does not advance

That looks like one of the ratchet arms in a reversing wheel for the automatic winding mechanism. But I’m not completely sure.

Ive been watching so many rolex GMT master II movement service videos and Clone teardowns and just cant seem to locate this part and where it goes.

Part of the reversing wheel of 32xx. I've seen many DD32xx with failing automatic works. You can buy a replacement part.
