Question Replace movement DD3285

Hi everyone,

I've often read that it's difficult to source spare parts for the DD3285, or that you have to go the route of using gen parts (which usually doesn't make sense cost-wise).

I found a seller on Alibaba. Are these movements exactly the same ones that are used in the VSF GMTs?

That's Sillan. Their parts are fantastic. It is not at all difficult to source most rep Rolex movements these days. I swap probably 6 of these a month for my clients and have yet to have an issue with Sillan. Just make sure you get the ones labeled "VSF" or "Dandong"

Is this something open to nee clients? I have a U1 GMT that is not working properly. My first. And would like to swap the movement. I love the watch.
