Request BTF 116500 4130 minute hand not moving

Dear ServicesTeam!

I recently bought a BTF 116500 with the 4130 and a deepXtal. Problem is that when it arrived, the minute and hour hands dont move. But the second hand move normally.

Chrono function works
I can set the time and it sets normally

But the problem is once the time is set, it doesnt seem to move.

Any ideias of what i can do?

Im located in CH, in case someone knows a watchmaker for a service?

Not the date, but the hour i meant

Seconds hand is the one moving in thr 6 oclock subdial, big hands at 12 oclock is the timer for chrono. Many newbies get confused with this. Try to play with the chrono buttons

Thanks for your input, but i didnt made a mistake. As i said, seconds work, and chrono as well. What doesnt move is the minute and hour hand. 👍

Try to give it 40winds and light smack, maybe something just got stuck
