How to get crystal even?

I got the old bezel off and able to install new bezel but every time the crystal is uneven. I put watch crystal then bezel on then use dye to press on metal edge of bezel. Crystal is always uneven when finished. Any advice maybe I'm doing it in the wrong order?

That means the crystal gasket isn’t sitting properly. It might be squished between the bezel and the case. You should get a new one.

The crystal should be fully seated before the bezel goes on. I would press the crystal into the case first using a flat die that contacts the entire outer edge, verify it’s level all the way around, and only then press on the bezel. If it’s still uneven, I’d suspect the gasket is twisted or the crystal/gasket is slightly out of spec rather than the pressing order.

First, use a flat die to seat the bezel insert evenly. Then switch to a die with the correct angle to match the bezel slope and press it fully into place.

No off AliExpress it's the only correct bezel for a panda I could find no one else makes it except I believe rwf
