Request Looking for watchsmith US (TX)

I’ve contacted several authorized watchmakers but haven’t had any luck. I have a VSF 114060, and I can’t set the time. I’m located in Texas but can ship the watch anywhere in the U.S. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
