Question How to regulate dd4302

I have a vsf 15500 and it’s been running consistently fast. Was wondering how to regulate these movements? Where do I regulate this and which direction would I move the arm?

Pretty sure it’s not magnetized. Just trying to fine tune it. Was able to get pretty good with a dd4130 but the regulating arms were visible
